President / Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and President Cindy Levy-Dickens brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. Cindy's day to day involvement includes overseeing the company's overall operations and directly managing the projects with which she has contracted. She provides leadership and vision to the growth and development of the company human resources - maintaining the the initial reasons Independent Solutions was formed.
VICKI LEVY-WILLIFORD
Vice President / Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and Vice President, Ms. Vicki Williford brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Vicki's day to day involvement includes overseeing the company's personnel placement on projects. As Co-founder she believes that inspector matching and placement is a vital part of fulfilling our scope of work and remains an intricate part of that process every day. Vicki also leads the group that performs the forensic testing and is also primarily responsible for the company's Business Development.
WILLIAM CHU, PE, GE
Chief Engineer
As Cheif Engineer, Mr. William Chu brings over 29 years of experience in civil engineering. He is responsible for a variety of projects, including providing design recommendations during planning and design phases and also providing quality control oversight during construction for public works facilities, bridges, streets, highways, pipelines, utilities, flood control facilities, buildings, hospitals, schools, industrial structures, mining facilities and residential developments. Mr. Chu has been directly involved in hundreds of projects throughout California.
ALEJANDRO REAL
ASNT Level III
Alejandro Real is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer and Welding Inspector with over 12 years of experience with a heavy focus in structural steel. Alejandro has experience working on industrial projects both domestic and internationally, including; supervision, inspection and project management under standards such as AWS, AISC and ASME. Mr. Real is an effective trainer who possesses a successful track record of meeting time, budget and quality goals, building effective teams, planning and schedule development as well as providing top-level leadership resulting in successful project execution with a strict health & safety work ethic.
