The Emergency and ICU Pavilion project is in full swing with excavation, shotcrete, pile drilling, and structural steel fabrication all underway. Speedway Industrial – Fontana Site in Transition

At the former Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, the transformation is well underway. Demolition of the iconic 2‑mile oval has been largely completed, making way for an ambitious industrial development in its place.
tO date, two industrial buildings have been finished, with three more scheduled to come online in 2026.
Independent Solutions is right in the thick of it, providing special inspection and materials testing services—ensuring that light weight structural fill, foundation work, and structural components meet stringent quality standards.
HOAG IRVINE – SUN FAMILY CAMPUS EXPANSION IS UNDERWAY

Hoag’s ambitious Sun Family Campus expansion in Irvine—backed by $100 million in gifts from Diana and David Sun—is well into development. This $1 billion project, expected to open in 2026, will deliver six new buildings with 155 inpatient beds, 120,000 sq ft of ambulatory space, eight ORs, and cutting-edge facilities for cancer, digestive, women’s health, surgical innovation, plus labs, pharmacy, and engineering hubs—all within a healing, nature‑focused campus design.
